LOVA COMPONENT OPTIONS:
(All sizes and configurations do not go together.)

HOPPER: (Refractory (flat) Hopper with Bag Breaker),(Short Pre-Mix Hopper), (Tall Pre-Mix Hopper).
Standard hopper is the best choice for ready-mix truck loading (swimming pool construction). Flat Hopper with Bag Breaker is generally used in refractory applications and with pre-bagged materials. Pre-mix hoppers are best used with pre-mixed material. Tall pre-mix hopper best where greater capacity is required.

AIR MOTOR OPTIONS: Air Motor (Rotary Vane Direct Drive): 8AM (5hp) or 16AM (9hp). 16AM is heavy-duty, high-torque. Recommended in most applications of large aggregate. More air is required to run the 16AM Air Motor than the 8AM. The air filter and lubricator are matched to the 16AM Motor to meet the heavy-duty requirements. Air motor will deliver a feed wheel rotation of 50 r.p.m.'s down to 2 r.p.m.'s by throttling the air supply to the motor.
Optional Electric Motor Drive with wide variety of voltages, hertz and phases is available upon request. Subtract roughly 90 SCFM (2.5M/MIN) from air requirements above if electric motor used.

FEED BOWLS: (30, 21, 20, 15, 15L.A., 12)L.A.=Large Aggregate.
More pockets = Smoother Finish, Fewer Pockets = More Output
30 pocket bowl doesn't require a wear plate. (It sits on top of another feed bowl to get to the proper height.)

AIR HOSE / MATERIAL HOSE: We highly recommend using the same size air and material hoses.
Special Gunite Hose or Refractory hose is used for material
Larger aggregates require the larger material hoses in order to prevent hose blockages.

GOOSENECK: (1-1/4", 1-1/2", 2", 2" to 2-1/2" adapter).
Liner Type - abrasion resistant liner is replaceable.
Solid Steel - is maintained by hard-facing as wear occurs.

WEAR PAD: It is very important that the inlet and outlet holes match the different dimensions of the different feed wheels.

MESH SCREEN FOR HOPPER: (15/16")(3/4") (1-1/8").
Keeps large aggregate out of the hopper.

BAG BREAKER:Sits on top of the hopper. Used with bagged material.

AGITATOR: Used to mix the material. Comes in either 2 or 5 blade.

OPTIONAL EQUIPMENT:

Gunite Nozzles:
1.25" Hydro Nozzle
1.5" Hydro Nozzle
2" Hydro Nozzle

Vibrator: Assists in feeding material into the pockets.

ROCK CONE: Prevents larger particles in the mix from entering and possibly plugging the inner pockets of the feed wheel assembly.

Ultra-Light Non-Stick Feed Wheel: Keeps material from sticking to the feed bowl.
(Not available in 30 pocket).

Skid Mounting: Mainly for underground applications.

Bulk Bag Adapter: Used with "Super-sacks" or "Bulk Bags". Prevents injury and reduces dust.

Electric Motor Drive: Electric Motor Drive with wide variety of voltages, hertz and phases is available upon request.
